SignTrader Code of Conduct

SignTrader.com does not allow any illegal activities. DO NOT use SignTrader.com to buy, sell or distribute unlawful material or information.

• For example, SignTrader.com DOES NOT allow anyone to post illegally obtained or 'cracked' software for sale or inquire about the purchase of such.  Therefore, to ensure that ONLY legitimate/licensed software, the following rules will be strictly enforced: 1.) If you are selling or inquiring to obtain software that a manufacturer normally sells with a dongle/security lock, you MUST mention that the package for sale or inquiring about comes WITH a dongle/security lock. 2.) If you are selling or inquiring to obtain software that a manufacturer normally sells without a dongle/security lock, you MUST mention that the package for sale or inquiring about be an Original Licensed Software copy. If either of these conditions are not met and/or we receive a complaint from a manufacturer, SignTrader.com reserves the right to delete your post and/or ban you from the use of their site.

SignTrader.com encourages everyone to treat each other with mutual respect and uphold the intention of the message boards. DO NOT use the message boards to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others. SignTrader.com may eject or ban a user from their message boards if a participant violates the SignTrader Code of Conduct. The Managers and/or Hosts who manage the SignTrader.com message boards may eject or ban users, as well as REMOVE postings, that violate this Code of Conduct.

DO NOT use the SignTrader.com message boards to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information. DO NOT post messages that contain information or material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.

Play Nice

SignTrader.com does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-topic comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate this Code of Conduct or participate in illegal activities. The members of our community want to post on the message boards in a positive environment!

Take Responsibility

You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in the SignTrader.com message boards. Remember that you are responsible for anything you say or post. Sign Warehouse and SignTrader.com takes no responsibility for the content or activities resulting from the content or otherwise in these areas. In addition, SignTrader.com is not responsible for the content on websites associated with the links you may view. Use your own good judgement when evaluating information provided through these message boards and the decision to conduct transactions with anyone is your own. Conduct your own research before making any decisions.

Sign Warehouse and SignTrader.com is not responsible for typographic errors or the validity of any information submitted.  In addition, SignTrader will not be liable for any damages, including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like, arising out of the use of or inability to use any of the advertised equipment.

SignTrader.com cautions you against posting any personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, and drivers license numbers.
