Beacon nor any of the repair facilities have this part. It has not been made for 3 years now so the only hope I have is that someone has a trashed PC-12 and has this part available.

signwarehouse stopped selling Roland printers last year...they don't even have Roland cartridges. At least that's what customer service told me.
